Corn Chile Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 6 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
  • 1 medium white onion, diced
  • 1 or 2 jalapeños, grated
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 can whole kernel sweet corn

Directions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for at least half an hour before serving to allow flavors to congeal.
