Ingredients:

  • 2 cans black eyed peas
  • 2 cans black beans
  • 2 cans diced green chilies
  • 2 cans sweet corn
  • 1/2 white onion, diced
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 bottle of Zesty Italian dressing
  • fresh ground pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix very well.
  2. Refrigerate for on hour before serving with chips. Best if served after refrigerated overnight.
