Mole Pork chop rub

Recipe stub:

For 4 chops

1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon ground chipotle chile peppers
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

grill chops high heat. 3-4 minutes each side for thin chops. Let rest
